Does my child need to know karate?
No experience is necessary! Our camp is open to all experience levels.
Campers will have fun learning the mental and physical benefits of our basic karate and self-defense classes, as well as enjoying fun and challenging obstacle courses and teamwork exercises.
What do you do in camp?
OMA’s karate camp offers a wide variety of daily activities that promote confidence, creativity, focus, discipline, and social skills to make new friends!
Our activities include basic karate and self-defense training, karaoke, arts and crafts, dodgeball, ninja warrior challenges, obstacle courses, trips to the park, and much more!
What is the age range?
Camp is open to kids ages 5–12.
What should I bring for camp?
Campers should bring a packed lunch with plenty of snacks and drinks. A refillable water bottle is recommended, and OMA provides one upon registration. A water station is available on-site. Campers will have a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack.
Electronics may be brought for the designated one-hour periods in the morning and evening. Campers should wear comfortable play clothes (T-shirts, gym shorts, nothing restrictive). This is a very active camp!
